RealCash isn't a payment processor: They don't handle the financial transactions between you and the e-commerce platforms. Payments are typically processed directly by the e-commerce platform you're shopping on (Flipkart, Amazon, etc.) using your debit/credit card or other payment methods.
RealCash facilitates deals and cashback: Their role is to connect you with the best deals, coupons, and cashback offers available on various e-commerce platforms. The actual discounts and cashback come from the e-commerce platforms themselves.
So, how do you get your money back through RealCash?
- Cashback System: RealCash likely has a system where the e-commerce platforms share a portion of the sales generated through your clicks or affiliate links. RealCash then credits this cashback amount to your RealCash account. You can then potentially withdraw this cashback to your bank account or use it for future purchases according to RealCash's withdrawal policy.
Here's a possible scenario:
- You find a deal or cashback offer for 20% off on a shirt on Flipkart through RealCash.
- You click on the offer and are redirected to Flipkart.
- You complete the purchase on Flipkart using your preferred payment method.
- Since the purchase originated from your RealCash click, Flipkart might share a commission (a portion of the sale) with RealCash.

Stores like Amazon or Flipkart allow cashback earned from them to be used only for transfers to gift cards from Amazon . To make this distinction easier to understand, the cashback earned from these merchants is referred to as Rewards.
The process for earning of Rewards is the same as Cashback, and the only distinction being that Rewards cannot be withdrawn to a bank account. It is due to this, that the available balance on a bank transfer page may be less than your actual available balance.

Yes, there are stores and offers on which there is no cashback applicable. These will not carry the additional Cashback label.
Some common reasons why cashback is declined are:
- The order was cancelled.
- The order was returned or partially returned.
- The order was exchanged or partially exchanged.
- The order was changed.
- The order was paid for using a gift code or gift voucher.
- The order was paid for using Cash on Delivery.
- The order might have been classified as bulk order from a wholesaler or a travel agent etc.

Tracking issues
It can take 48 – 72 hours for cashback to get tracked. In case your transaction was not tracked even after this duration, please raise a Missing Cashback Claim for the transaction which was Not Tracked. Please note, merchants accept claims for cashback not tracked cases only till 10th day from the purchase date.
Note: Make sure you must "ADDED TO CART" the products only via RealCash App, in order to get your order tracked successfully.
Cashback payment
You can withdrawal your Cashback or Rewards once it will be confirmed (which may take up to 90 to 100 days period maximum). Once your Cashback or Rewards are confirmed you can withdrawal them through various payment options available. Cashback can be withdrawn through Bank Transfer, UPI, Paytm Wallet or Gift Voucher; Whereas Rewards can be withdrawn through Paytm Wallet & Gift Vouchers.
