1. Pro-rata based Incentive Structure -:

Payable CPI = 910 *(I2SI% / 16%)*(Average Selling Price / 325000)*( A2I% / 50%)

This formula is designed to incentivize performance across multiple dimensions:

ASP - Average Selling Price of the car .

I2SI % - Stockin to Inspection Ratio .

A2I % - Inspection to appointment Ratio .

CPI = Cost per Inspection .

Condition Met Payout Calculation

1.All KPIs met or exceeded Fixed CPI = ₹910

2. One or more KPIs missed CPI reduced pro-rata based on underperforming KPIs

3. All KPIs missed CPI reduced most, multiplied down by all performance gaps .

I want to assure you that this incentive structure will enable the brand(CARS24) to run the pilot efficiently and based on our first month's performance, CARS24 would be more than willing to rediscuss the aspects of our affiliate program.

Promoting CARS24 Sell a Car page to interested car Sellers PAN India.

User booking inspections and selling cars to CARS24 after agreeing to the quoted price.

Payouts are linked to Inspections and bonuses on successful delivery with loans.

Campaign Requirements-

We don't limit campaigns to any one channel of promotion.

However paid ads, brand bidding, DND calling, Cookie Stuffing, etc. are not desirable and violation of these lead to penalization and termination.

Earnings are Not Qualified For:

Inspections will get Rejected if Offer Terms (Store KPIs) not followed.
Calling customers and booking appointments on behalf of Cars24 is not allowed
Running Paid Ads or doing Brand bidding on Cars24 and their competitor's brand keywords is not allowed.
Referral program ~ Communicating quotes for the cars in the name of CARS24 is not allowed
Client is tracking each & every violation & will be imposing a penalty or altogether blacklisting the partner if they find any unethical activity, as highlighted above, against any keyword.

Important Terms ⚠️

=> Running Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads or any other paid ad platform, doing brand bidding, PPC, Fake Pixels Fire are strictly prohibited for all affiliate stores on RealCash and its associated Partners Links. Any violation of this will result in an immidiate ban of your RealCash Account and your earnings will be withheld without further notice.
=> Make sure to read and follow all 'Offer Terms/KPIs' every time before placing order or taking a first step to get the conversions
=> Not Following up the "Offer Terms" will leads to non-tracking your conversion or rejection of your payments
